Pago de Carraovejas is the expression of a big dream. The land and the winery, tradition and innovation, fruit and wood, are the essence of the balance that keeps it in a constant state of evolution.
The winery facilities occupy more than 26,000 m2 of a vanguard built space around beautiful plazas that flank the providing incomparable views on the vineyard from the southeast to the Botijas valley and the Peñafiel Castle.
An estate with 220 hectares of vineyards with 160 hectares under production and three varieties of grapes: Tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon and merlot with different systems of cultivation adapted to each plot of land to capture the purest essence of the valley.
A unique process which combines working with gravity, using our own yeast and bacteria from the terroir and the delicate aging process of the wood. All of that with the exhaustive control of all the processes.
