Only in single vintages
Intensity and structure received from our land but with the delicacy of care and affection. The identity of our territory is sensed from the prism of balance.
- Varieties: Tinto Fino (85%) and Merlot (15%).
- Alcohol by volume: 15%.
- Soils: Tertiary geology of limestone marl with outcrops of calcareous salts of a very characteristic whitish tone.
- Altitude: 850 to 900 meters. Elevation difference of up to 35%.
- Harvest: manual, in boxes 15 kg.
Elaboration:
- Ageing: 24 months in new French oak barrels.
- Clarified with natural egg whites.
- Bottled: June 2004.
Sensory tasting:
- Color: Very intense, cherry red with violet highlights that attest to its youth and will slowly evolve in the bottle.
- Aromas: Exuberant sensations, very ripe fruit combined with intense toasted and smoked, notes, wild berries…
- Palate: Elegant, potent, balanced. The grape prevails over a fine wood background in perfect assemblage.
