Sensory tasting:
- Color: Intense cherry red with violet highlights that will gradually disappear as it ages in the bottle.
- Aromas : Intense and subtle ripe fruit aromas overlaid by anise and cassis that mesh perfectly with the vanilla and toasted aromas contributed by the wood,
- Palate: The attack is smooth and meaty, becoming full flavored, tannic and well structured in mid-palate. Good aftertaste and lingering final sensations.
