Pago de Carraovejas and the Ambivium Restaurant have Safe Tourism and BSafe certification that guarantees health security in their installations

. Pago de Carraovejas was awarded the BSafe certificate for the efficiency of the COVID-19 control and prevention measures adopted during the wine production process.

. The Safe Tourism certificate guarantees the health security of the Ambivium Restaurant and the Pago de Carraovejas Enotourism experiences.

Pago de Carraovejas and the Ambivium Restaurant have returned to comprehensive activity as a result of certifying health security in all of their installations by the award of Safe Tourism and BSafe certification. The award of both certificates required strict compliance with a plan for COVID-19 risk prevention measures that achieves maximum avoidance of any possible risk.
Both the Ambivium Restaurant, as well as all the Enotourism activities organised by Pago de Carraovejas, in compliance with the commitment to Social Responsibility undertaken by Alma Carraovejas, have spent recent months working on comprehensive plans to avoid any possible risk of infection in the light of the current health situation. The adoption of these measures led to the award of the Safe Tourism for Restaurants and Safe Tourism for Enotourism certificates, promoted by the ICTE (Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality) in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
To guarantee this same level of security in the wine cellar’s main activity, which is the production of wine, Pago de Carraovejas also has the BSafe certificate. Inspired by SG Clean certification and established by the Government of Singapur at the beginning of the health crisis, it was recently adapted and implemented in Spain by KPMG with the assessment of Family Business.
With the aim of reaffirming the confidence of stakeholders in its involvement with the security of everyone, this certificate guarantees the adoption of the health, cleanliness and social distancing measures required to control and prevent Covid-19. The implementation of these measures enables the qualification of the installations as a secure area and provides the comfort required to enjoy the services just as enthusiastically as was possible prior to the pandemic.
