National Consortium Project | CENIT DEMETER | 2008 – 2012
DEMETER is a consortium project created to undertake research of a strategic, multi-disciplinary and interregional nature in the field of vitiviniculture at a national level for the purpose of generating scientific-technical knowledge within the sector to combat climate change. The project is structured around 7 areas of knowledge: Transcriptomics, Viticulture, Yeasts, Bacteria, Analysis, Cava and the Environment. It also involved a search for new technologies that would mean important technological progress for the sector.
